Website and booking terms
Website prices are indicative until availability, accommodation, route, dates, rooming and inclusions are confirmed in writing. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required deposit is received and Tanzania Adventures Group issues written confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, correct personal information, punctual arrival and compliance with park, airline and accommodation rules.
Changes and cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and supplier conditions. Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation and non-refundable commitments already paid to parks, airlines, accommodations or other suppliers. The specific schedule provided with the final quotation takes precedence.
